“Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is everyone’s responsibility. Everyone who comes into contact with children and their families has a role to play.”

Keeping Children Safe in Education, 2025

Clifton Green Primary School is committed to providing a safe environment for all children, staff and visitors. We promote a culture that allows our children, families, staff and visitors to feel confident in sharing any concerns they have about the safety and wellbeing of themselves and others.

We follow the DfE guidance from Keeping Children Safe in Education and Working Together to Safeguard Children as well as our school’s Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy .

Anyone with any concerns about the welfare of a pupil must report it to our Designated Safeguarding Lead, or in their absence, one of their deputies, by contacting school office on 01904 936948
