Level 3 Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support)
Clifton Green Primary School is seeking to appoint a skilled, caring and committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support a child with complex needs.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant who can provide high-quality support for a child with complex needs. The successful candidate will bring patience, positivity and a nurturing approach to their work and will be committed to helping children thrive both academically and emotionally.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Have experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Be caring, patient and resilient in their approach to supporting children
- Hold a Level 3 qualification, or be working towards completing it by September 2026
- Be skilled in promoting children’s speech, language and communication
- Work effectively as part of a dedicated and supportive team
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

Job Details
Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support)
Salary Grade: Grade 6, Level 1–4
Salary: £15,578 per annum
Hours: 19 hours per week over three days
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract
Working Pattern: Term time only, plus one week for training days (39 weeks per year)
Start Date: September 2026
